I am honored to serve as District Governor of D-5970 during this Centennial Celebration year of the Rotary Foundation.
We can be very proud of the outstanding support our district has given the Foundation during these 100 years. We have been part of the $3,000,000,000 that has been contributed to worthwhile humanitarian projects by the Rotary Foundation. What a great accomplishment, and what a great organization to be part of! I challenge you to celebrate the Centennial by enhancing what you and your club are doing to support the Foundation’s work.
I also challenge you to join me in living the theme of RI President, John Germ: Rotary Serving Humanity. This year, we will serve humanity around the world through the work of the Foundation, and we will serve our community through the work of our local Rotary clubs.
