The 2024 Summer Olympics has just ended, but D5970's Membership Olympics is just beginning! Let's make membership recruitment (and retention) fun! Below is our Zone's proven tool to help bring members into your club. We invite your club to join our district's friendly competition.

The District Membership Team is here to help and to begin we have provided some tools to get you started (see sidebar). 
Submit all of your Game Challenges by clicking on each link below
Clubs who complete 5 of the games are recognized at the District Conference and have an opportunity to win a prize!!
All levels must be completed by May 1, 2025
Game 1 - Submit the name of your Club Membership Chair.Include the name of your Rotary Club. Many Clubs have already done this! Check the scoreboard to see your status!
Game 2 - Complete survey to create to easily define Club Membership Goals. Send your confirmation email to Club President to enter goals at Rotary Club Central.
Game 3 - See the side panel for options for Club surveys. Report the Club Survey taken by your Club and the results.
Game 4 - Use Pre-Event Checklist to promote your event to your members, the community and the District! Submit the Member Engagement activity & photos. Be sure to share this event on social media using hashtag #MembershipMatters
Game 5 - For Option A - send an email with the name of your Club and the names of the 3 Club members who attended a District Membership event (virtual or in-person), a Zone Membership Webinar or in-person event or an RI Membership in-person event or Option B -Schedule a Workshop for your club based on your survey results. District Team can help facilitate this event! Schedule your Workshop- include your focus dates available.
